Refund Policy

Last Updated: May 19, 2026

Thank you for choosing BitStacx (https://bitstacx.com). We commit ourselves to providing robust digital software solutions, scalable developer tools, stable application programming interfaces (APIs), and reliable Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications.

Because our platform provisions digital services, immediate server capacity, and API tokens instantly upon activation, our billing practices are strictly structured around digital delivery mechanisms. This Refund Policy governs all financial transactions executed across our software ecosystem.

1. Digital Nature of Services and Finality of Sales

  • Strict Non-Refundability: All transactions, subscription payments, usage tier upgrades, and metered API token allocations are strictly non-refundable. Due to the immediate provisioning of infrastructure assets, computing cycles, and background database configurations upon checkout, all sales are final.
  • Partial Cycles and Unused Allocations: We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial billing cycles or unused API request limits. If you cancel your recurring subscription mid-cycle, you will retain access to your production tier until the end of your prepaid active billing period, after which access will downgrade or terminate automatically.

2. Merchant of Record (Paddle Compliance)

  • Transaction Management: All live production payment processing, invoice generation, card processing, and localized tax settlement are handled globally by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
  • Dispute Processing: As our authorized Merchant of Record, Paddle handles official financial processing. However, any billing dispute, unapproved charge escalation, or cancellation problem must first be brought to our internal support channel to prevent unnecessary account lockout or API service interruption.

3. Exceptional Circumstances and Platform Failures

While sales are strictly final, BitStacx values our developer community and may evaluate refund requests on a strict case-by-case basis under the following extraordinary circumstances:

  • Verifiable System Failure: If a prolonged, catastrophic server or platform failure on our side completely prevents you from executing requests to our production API endpoints for a consecutive period exceeding forty-eight (48) hours, and our technical support logs verify that no alternate system bypass or fallback was available.
  • Billing / Processing Errors: If a technical glitch within our platform infrastructure or our Merchant of Record's processing network causes duplicate billing anomalies for the exact same active subscription tier within a single billing window.

Any claims for exceptions must be submitted formally to our billing support channel within fourteen (14) calendar days of the disputed transaction date. Approved requests will be credited exclusively back to the original payment source utilized via Paddle.

4. Sandbox Evaluation Period

To prevent payment dissatisfaction, developers are strongly encouraged to extensively utilize our free Sandbox / Testing Environment before upgrading to a live production plan. The sandbox environment is explicitly built to allow for full evaluation of response payloads, webhook integration, latency benchmarks, and feature capabilities prior to executing any financial commitments.
